ABOUT SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping policy is all the information you need to know when you buy at our shop. “Talu Rock n’ Gold” will make sure to offer an easy transaction.
SHIPPING
We proceed our orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when we ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international free shipping around the world.
We send our orders to Greece, European Union,United Kingdom, USA and Asia with DHL express. Your personal data (included telephone number) are used from DHL express for the delivery and only.
We ship to other countries and to remoted areas with the Hellenic Post and notify the customer via email. Shipping is registered with tracking number and the delivery is upon signature- according the destination country’s post office’s rules. If you choose express shipping (where available) for these destinations, you will see the shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
European Union countries are not subject to import duties and taxes. As for the other countries in most cases there are no import duties and taxes (depending on the country, the total order amount, etc.). In case you are not sure if your country is subject to import duties and taxes please contact us here.
We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification. It will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
DHL express doesn’t deliver to a P.O. Box. In this case we will notify you via email either to provide a physical address or that we will ship your order with the Hellenic Post.
IN-STORE PICKUP
If you live in Athens or you happen to be around, you can skip the shipping with free local pick up. While placing your order, you will select local pick up at check out. After that we will proceed your order and have it ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pick up hours are 09.00-17.00 on Monday to Friday or other days and hours upon request and appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
