REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if you are not 100% happy with your purchase! In this case you will have to contact us and ship the item back up to 14 days from delivery date.

The returned/exchanged item must be unused and in its original condition. You are only responsible for the return shipping cost. We will refund the full order amount as soon as we receive the item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way (product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way), please email us as soon as possible at info@talurockngold.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In this case the return shipping cost is free.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
